Joakim is electro engineer and PhD in signal processing. During 16 years at a global telecom company, he has managed system design and architecture for both 4G and 5G in mobile phones.

“This position at BeammWave is spot on for my competence and experience. And for a long time, I have been frustrated over the fact that 5G mobility in higher frequencies is slower than it actually can be”, he says.


Rob adds the experience from a long global career in semiconductor and IP Sales. It’s not his first time around pioneering new revolutionary technology from south of Sweden, since Rob was part of the early Bluetooth team.

“I recognize and appreciate the challenge of being disruptive but also the potential of great technology and an experienced team.”


Cajsa has a Masters´s degree in international economics from Lund university. For 20 years, she has worked as accountant and CFO at many companies of various sizes, each with its unique features and challenges. She also has experience from more than one IPO.

“Working with a startup such as BeammWave is both exciting and challenging. I´m really looking forward to being part of this journey”, she says.


BeammWaves technical leader team co-authored a paper together with Professor Stefano Buzzi and Assistant Professor Carmen D'Andrea at University of Cassino and Lazio Meridionale, Italy, showing the digital beamforming architecture power efficiency advantages over old analog solutions for mmWave Massive-MIMO applications.
