The Role As our new Project Manager, you will play a central role in driving our core technology forward. You will take ownership of complex development cycles, focusing heavily on our next generation semiconductor components and system platforms. In this position, you will not only manage our internal ASIC development flow but also steer external customer projects, ensuring that we deliver on our strategic milestones and commercial commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate ASIC development projects from initial design through manufacturing, OSAT preparations, and system bring up.
- Manage and drive external customer projects, ensuring smooth integration efforts and clear communication with our partners.
- Collaborate closely with our highly diverse, international engineering team to track schedules, manage technical risks, and ensure efficient execution.
- Act as a bridge between internal engineering teams, management, and external stakeholders during complex, multi party dialogues.
Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong background in semiconductor development who knows how to get things done. We value hands-on execution and deep industry knowledge over formal project management certifications.
- Experience: You have 5+ years of proven project management experience within the tech sector.

The Role: Own the Silicon Supply Chain We have world-class ASIC and RF designers finalizing our next-generation silicon (both our RF chip and our digital/mixed-signal ASIC). Now, we need the person who ensures our designs actually get built, packaged, tested, and delivered at scale.
You will work in seamless partnership with our CTO and Head of R&D—who hold the core of our HVM competence—alongside other experienced team members who carry key manufacturing knowledge. Together, you will act as the definitive bridge between our engineering lab in Lund and the global semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
- Partner Closely with the CTO: You will work hand-in-hand with our technical leadership to align our deep-tech R&D reality with the global supply chain. This requires exceptional collaboration skills to ensure design and manufacturing are perfectly synchronized.
- Lead the HVM Transition: Take the reins of our supply chain as we move from advanced development platforms and engineering samples toward mass production.
- Master the Foundries: Own the relationships with global wafer foundries. You will negotiate contracts, secure wafer allocations, and manage production schedules.
- Own the OSAT Ecosystem: Manage everything that happens after the wafer is produced. You will drive the Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) partnerships, ensuring optimal packaging and assembly.
- Drive Production Testing: Work closely with our hardware and verification teams to establish robust production test strategies, yield analysis, and quality assurance protocols.

- You have done this before. You have hands-on experience taking complex silicon (digital/mixed-signal ASICs, and also RF chips) out of the design phase and through wafer production, OSAT, and commercial delivery.

Your Role
As a Senior Verification & Test Engineer at BeammWave, you will:
- Lead the verification and validation of complex digital ASIC and FPGA designs.
- Define and execute test strategies from block-level simulation to full system validation in the lab.
- Drive bring-up, debugging, and characterization of ASIC/FPGA prototypes in lab environments.
- Develop automated test frameworks and methodologies to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers to improve verification coverage, robustness, and overall product quality.

- Proven track record of taking multiple ASIC or FPGA projects through verification and into production release.
- Strong knowledge of coverage driven verification and EDA tools.
- Proven track record in block level verification using UVM.
- Skilled in verification planning, task prioritization, and effort estimation.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, etc.) for prototype bring-up and debugging.
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues.
