We are now looking for a Senior Digital ASIC Designer & Technical Lead to play a key role in taking our ASIC projects from concept to high-volume production – while also guiding and mentoring other engineers in our growing team.
Your Role
As a senior ASIC designer at BeammWave, you will:
- Lead design and verification teams for the digital parts of our groundbreaking digitalbeamforming architecture.
- Own ASIC development projects, from architecture and specification through design tape-out, and into volume production.
- Contribute to FPGA-based prototyping platforms for demos and verification.
- Mentor and technical leader, supporting and developing junior colleagues.
- Work closely with customers, partners, and universities to ensure we stay at the forefront of digital ASIC technology.
Your Profile
We are seeking an individual with strong technical expertise combined with leadership capabilities:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded
- Systems, Signal Processing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in ASIC design, with proven success in taking multiple projects from design to tape-out and into high-volume production.
- Deep understanding of the complete digital ASIC flow, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Solid background in FPGA/ASIC design and verification within real customer projects.
- Knowledge of wireless communication, radio systems, or RF ASIC design is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Senior ASIC/FPGA Verification & Test Engineer – with Potential to Lead

We are now looking for a Senior ASIC/FPGA Verification & Test Engineer with proven experience in verification, validation, and lab testing – and with the ability to lead and mentor others – to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards all the way through to high-volume production.
Your Role
As a Senior Verification & Test Engineer at BeammWave, you will:
- Lead the verification and validation of complex digital ASIC and FPGA designs.
- Define and execute test strategies from block-level simulation to full system validation in
- the lab.
- Drive bring-up, debugging, and characterization of ASIC/FPGA prototypes in lab environments.
- Develop automated test frameworks and methodologies to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers to improve verification coverage, robustness and overall product quality.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering best practices in verification and test.
- Work closely with customers and partners to validate real-world use cases and ensure
- smooth transition into volume production.
Your Profile
We are seeking a senior professional with strong verification expertise and leadership skills:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in ASIC/FPGA verification and validation, including simulation, emulation, and lab testing.
- Proven track record of taking multiple ASIC or FPGA projects through verification and into production release.
- Strong knowledge of verification methodologies (UVM/SystemVerilog, VHDL/Verilog) and EDA tools.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, etc.) for prototype bring-up and debugging.
- Experience leading verification teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Knowledge of wireless communication systems or RF-based designs is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Your Role
As a Senior Firmware Architect & Developer at BeammWave, you will:
- Define and develop the firmware architecture for our mmWave radio solutions.
- Design and implement embedded firmware for ASIC/FPGA-based platforms and wireless devices.
- Ensure strict real-time requirements are met for performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Drive performance optimization, robustness, and scalability of the firmware.
- Contribute to prototype bring-up, debugging, and system validation together with ASIC, RF, and verification engineers.
- Support and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in embedded development.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to align firmware features with real-world requirements and ensure successful deployment into volume production.
Your Profile
We are seeking a senior embedded expert with strong technical depth:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or similar.
- 8+ years of experience in firmware/embedded software development for ASIC/FPGA-based systems or wireless communication devices.
- Proven track record of taking embedded firmware from architecture and implementation to production-ready products.
- Strong skills in C/C++ and embedded programming for real-time systems with demanding latency and timing requirements.
- Solid understanding of SoC/ASIC platforms, FPGA-based systems, and low-level drivers.
- Experience with debugging tools, lab validation, and system bring-up.
- Knowledge of communication systems in general, and 5G in particular, is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
